Q1: Whats the material of products?

A: Eco-friendly PP, ABS, Acrylic, PET and PU etc.

Q2: Can you do the design for us?

A: Yes, we have a professional design and technical team, and make design based on your need.

Q3: How to ensure the good quality?

A: Strictly follow ISO9001/ISO14001 and 6S system in the production  

Q4: How to make custom colors and printing?

We make colors based on customer's pantone no or real color samples.

We make printing, such as paper or logo printing based on customer's artwork.

Logo has silk/heat transfter/UV printing/hot stamping.

Q5: How to make OEM/ODM orders?

OEM: We make samples based on customer's artwork and make production upon the receipt of customer's final approval

ODM: We provide the product 3D design and tooling details/cost based on customers request.

We proceed toolings after customer's approval, and 35-40days later, we make samples for final approval, and then proceed mass production.

Q6: How to get some sample to check the quality?

A: For existing items, we will deliver to you immediately from stock, but the freight is paid by you.

Q7: Delivery time

A: Usually 5-7 days for samples, and 35days for production.

Q8: Whats the payment terms?

A: TT, L/C, Western Union and Trade Assurance

Q9. What's the shipment way?

A: We can ship goods by express, air and ocean as per customer's demand.
