2. What file we need? AL.PDE.EPS are OK. JPG/PNG picture with high definition is also acceptable. Pls kindly tell us the font name if you have special request on the fonts.
3. If I re-order my products, should I pay the mold fee again? No, we will help you to save the mold all the time.
4. How long is your deliver time? Generally, it is 4-7 days if the goods are in stock. Or it is 10-15 days if the goods aren't in stock. It is according to quantity.
