AI, PDF, EPS vector files are preferred; high-definition JPG / PNG images are also acceptable. If youhave special font requirements, kindly inform us of the exact font name.
3. Do I need to pay mold fees for reorders?
No, we will permanently store your custom molds, no repeated mold charges for repeat orders.
4. What is your production lead time?
4-7 working days for in-stock blank goods; 10-15 working days for custom out-of-stock items, leadtime varies based on order quantity. Rush urgent orders are supported, contact us in advance forpriority arrangement.
5. Can you produce items based on my exclusive design?
OEM & ODM custom designs are welcome, you may send your design pictures or files. We canprovide legal design protection for your exclusive artwork if needed.
6. Can I select different matching accessories separately?
Yes, various hooks, buckles and matching lanyard accessories are available for independentselection as required.
7. Can I customize the width & size of lanyards and card holders?
All sizes are customizable, we support custom width, length for lanyards and custom dimensionsfor ID card holders, subject to your logo printing craft and pattern size.

30% TT deposit in advance for trial orders, balance 70% paid before shipment. Monthly accountpayment terms can be negotiated for long-term cooperative clients.
